I am new in Austin and need a dermatologist with the First Health network. Has anyone seen a doctor from the list below and would recommend (or avoid)?

I would like to thank everyone for responding -- I got several recommendations for some of the same doctors....which came in handy because the first doctor I called was not taking new patients & therefore I had some other choices. And, yes, I will have to wait until January for the appointment. Thanks again & God bless!
I see Janet Dubois and she is fantastic! Wonderful bedside manner and very thorough. However, last I knew, she wasn't accepting new patients. I think she has a partner so I'd call anyway.
I have not seen her myself but I have heard that Dr. Feasel is great. Keep in mind, though, that it will take a few weeks to get in.
Jarrett is probably the best there is as he had done lots of research and papers with different skin diseases.
Dubois is also excellent.
I'll chime in with another vote for Dale Schaefer. He's been very diligent and understanding in helping me with past screenings and in dealing with a pesky plantar wart and other skin issues.
Coverman has a long history in Austin...over 25 years. Good reputation.
You might call and see how long it takes to get an appointment with some that you get recommended. Sometimes it can take MONTHS!

I've seen Janet Dubois once & she was very helpful clearing up a skin rash I had. She was highly recommended by my family practice doctor. I plan on seeing her again for some other issues.

I've been going to Dale Schaefer for about 10 years and have been happy. He's seen me for a range of issues including mole checks & removal, acne, and a rash.

My best friend is a dermatologist, but currently lives out of the state. She has recommended Adrienne Feasel to us and other friends, as they went to school or did internships together. I've heard nothing but good.
