The BEST thing and is well worth the money is Sisley's Eye & Lip Creme--it's $150 but I guarantee it works. Everyone that I recommend it to falls in love with it. It also gets rid of all fine lines. You can get it at Neiman's ---if you want to be safe before investing the money, go and ask for a sample first. It will take about 2 weeks before you really see a difference. Arbonne RE9 eye cream is great for dark circles. You can even use it on other areas of your face that have dark spots and they will fade over time. It is not an over nite fix, but it is wonderful. They also have a wonderful make-up line. I would advice you to use the concealer, virual illusion make-up primer and them foundation. One sign of a milk allergy is dark under eye circles. I cut out milk and replaced it with soy milk and my dark circles are gone. My husband has always looked rather mean because of his dark circles (his eyes are deep and the circles made it worse) his eyes are cleared up now and he looks so different!

I started using Anew Alternative eye cream since my Unit Leader gave me a free trailsize and wow do I love it! I get up at 5ish to workout and am not in bed till 11ish. If I am lucky and depending on how the baby is feeling I may or may not get a good night sleep. So I often have problems under my eyes. This stuff rocks!
