I think one year is too young to have a clown, Who are you entertaining you or the child? You should wait til at least two to have a clown. They dont understand and they could be frightened of clowns for life. That is what happened to my child and bagpipes. At 30 she is still frightened of them.

Just go down to Daley Plaza or the Thompson building. There's a ton of clowns over there.

MoMo the clown. Maureen has done a few events for me including my Daughters 5th b-day. she does the most incredilble face painting, even the Moms at the party had their ankles done. Very reasonably priced also does balloons and some games however 1 is probably too young.
