My DD is almost 18 mo and I am looking for a good pair of sunglasses for her: not for show one that actually protects. Any you love? Hate? Thanks a million in advance!

I agree with Catherine- make sure they have 100% protection and then just go with what is cheap.(think I got both pairs at Target also) I did buy a pair from One Step Ahead that had the head band but my daughter hates them- she is more inclined to wear regular glasses that she can take on and off herself. (she 's 22 months)

I've always bought my kids' sunglasses from Target. Just be sure to look for ones that have 100% UVA and UVB protection. If they don't say that, don't buy them! Other than that, as long as they have the UVA/UVB, I buy them as cheap as possible because kids will drop them, throw them out the car window, lose them at the beach, etc etc... Have fun shopping! There is nothing cuter than babies in sunglasses.

I just bought some at the Children's Place (2 for $5) in the mall. They do protect 100% and I like them because they come in 3 different sizes, so they fit well. The smallest are for 2-4 years, and they are pretty small.

I have gotten various pairs for my daughter (almost four) and I buy the ones that say UVA & UVB 100% protection... I have found them at target, walmart, Children's Place, Gymboree. I also have my daughter come along so I can get a pair or two that fit well. We have lost MANY pairs of kids sunglasses so I try to buy the cheapier ones (under $5).
