backyardchickens.com has blueprints from members as well as pictures of coop ideas.

But you really don't need a coop blueprint. Just figure out how large you want to make your coop and look for a shed or a playhouse blue print, since a chicken coop is basically just a shed/outbuilding that chickens live in.

And... be absolutely certain that you build your coop large enough since you can't go back and fix it. You will need 4 sq feet of floor space per chicken in the coop, and 10 sq feet of space per chicken in the outdoor chicken yard. If you do less, you may have problems with chickens fighting or other behavior problems.

I know you said you have done a lot of research, but really make sure it is allowed where you live, by the county and the city and any neighborhood associations.. also the number you are allowed to have. There have been many stories recently about homeowners who went to all of the trouble and then found out after wards, they did not meet the requirements or are no longer allowed to have them in their area.

I also have heard that the backyardchickens, com is a great resource.

Make sure you dig your pen into the earth so that the foxes can't scoot under... It's not pretty when they do. (This happened to our neighbors and cleanup was horrible - think crime scene.)
