Can You Sue If You Get Pregent While on Pargad??

You can sue anyone for any reason. That does not mean you will win.

I am sure you Dr. gave you the information related to your procedure and possibilities of getting pregnant. It also means that you should be personally responsible for your own actions. Why sue the Dr? The Dr. didn't make you have sex.... you made that choice. See where I am going......

There are so many "sue happy" people in the world right now that the jury pool typically sides with the person being sued at this point.

Just last week a lawyer friend of mine won a case where her client was being sued because he was involved in a car accident. He paid everything he owed but the person wanted more so he demanded a jury trial. Well, the jury awarded him $1. Why $1, because if they award $0 he could appeal, the $1 means it is over and done with.

People should be accountable with their own personal responsibility and not be looking to sue others to make a buck or blame someone else for their own actions.

I'm assuming you mean Paraguard as I've never heard of "pargad." I'm also assuming you mean getting pregnant on Paraguard, as I've never heard of anyone getting "pregent."

Technically, you can "sue" for practically anything. Its whether you will win or not is the question...good luck.
