I have been thinking about your email and how I can help. I have been trying to start a home based business. Tired and worn out from my corporate --stressful job as well as trying to start a business and take care of a 6 month old is hard. If you are interested. It would be great to have someone that could help me get this whole thing off the ground. I can only offer part time work currently. Probably 10 to 15 hours a week. I'm sorry I don't have any quick answers for you. I too want to work at home and am still searching for that opportunity. The closest thing I've found is becoming a certified medical transcriptionist. I do know several moms who are either completing their course or are already doing it. The make good money and some companies will pay you full benefits as if you go there every day. A counselor at one of the colleges said it was a very good thing to get into right now. I haven't checked into enough to give others advice but I do believe some of the colleges offer these classes online. The draw back is that it is not an immediate fix. God bless you & your family. I am just making some suggestions. First let me say, my heart and soul goes out to you and your family and I am goign to add you to our prayers.
If you are at home now already with your 2 yr. old can you keep other children in your home?
If a tic comes do you know it's coming to allow you to turn away or walk a few feet away?
You can become listed for home daycare in the state of Texas to keep 3 unrelated children in your home. It's time for an orientation which is free and then I think $25 to be listed.
Then keep a few kids at home. You can also be registered too. That comes with a home inspection. You can check out the info. on http://www.dfps.state.tx.us/ if your interested.
This is what I did. I had to quit my job last summer because of lupus and Trigeminal Neuralgia (a nerve disorder) and I stay home now. I am listed with the state and keep children and I love it so much I am getting registered. I did also do home childcare when my children where younger so I could be home with them.

Please your pastor know what you are feeling like right now. And then you should ask to post this same letter with the woman committee at your church. It sound as you need some divine help and favor from God. You have a large burden that needs to be address before you become stress out.
Believe me I know what that is like. But, Prayer is definitely on my agenda for you. Of course the specialized help will be in order too. You might want to file for disablity for awhile so you want be stress out financially with someone to assist you at home yourself. Your first priority is yourself. And you have the strength to endure along as you keep your mental sense to think for solutions. Mama's Source is a good place to start your real search.
