Can You Freeze Cookies?

Yes, you can freeze cookies. If you cook and do chocolate chip cookies, freeze them on a paper plate until they are frozen, then put them in a ziplock type baggie. If you freeze them when they are stacked, you have a hard time separating them.

BTW, grapes are wonderful summer snack when they are frozen off the stem. Wash/rinse them. Place them on a plate or pan, freeze them and then place them in a ziplock type baggie. Eat them right out of the freezer. If you put them directly in a baggie, they tend to stick together.

Yes we freeze our cookies. Put them in a big ziplock freezer bag...we freeze chips, cereal, crackers, bread, cookies, chocolate chips, butter...

my ex SIL even freezes whole milk..dont do this with 2% or skim though...nasty!!!!

Yep. You can freeze them. I have a MIL who freezes just about everything. Oreos seem to taste the same. My kids even like to eat them a bit frozen as a little summer treat.

I've frozen home made and girl scout cookies before. Just put them in a freezer bag or container. Take two out for their lunches and plop them in the lunchbox. They'll be defrosted by lunchtime...
It's really not any huge deal.
BTW: They taste really good when they are frozen, too.

I freeze Oreo cookies without problems.

I freeze Girl Scout Cookies as well...no problems with any of the defrosting...

Sure can. MOST of our Girl Scout cookies get frozen. Just pulled out some peanut butter sandwichnand those yuuuumy lemon ones.

Just wrap them up tight and they'll be fine.

Btw, you can eat cookie RIGHT out of the freezer. I have my "Oprah moments" and can't wait for them to warm up. I DO draw the line at sitting on the kitchen floor eating frozen hot dog buns with syrup. Damn she has food issues! :)
