We "adopted" a dear friend of mine into our family. She is blind and is in her mid 60's and can be as sweet as can be, however, there are still so many adjustments that we all need to make and we're needing some help. I am hoping to find a counselor who is easy to talk to and can help open some communication gaps within our home. I pray that we make make this transition a little easier for all of us. It's so hard to call a counselor out of a phone book because you never know what you're gonna get.
My family used Micheal Edwards at Fielder Counseling on 303. He was patient and very helpful.

Call the Wesley Mission Center at the 1st United Methodist Church in Mansfield. They have counselors there and if they can't help, perhaps they can recommend one in this area that can help. Good luck !
