Please let me know your experiences...if there is a previous post..please give me the link..I was unable to find it!

I did not deliver at either hospital, I delivered at Presby Plano, but I can say from experience that I prefer Centenial anyday over McKinney. The care and quality at Centenial is Far superior in every way shape and form, the nurses are better and kinder. My son was very ill as a child and we were in and out of hospital and were at both many times and we were treated far better at Centenial and even though we live just blocks away from McKinney we ahve chosen many times to make the longer drive to Centenial for the beter treatment.

I am also with Dr. Halderman's group (Dr. Allen is my primary doctor). I delivered at McKinney in January 2007 and had a good experience. Not a C-section, but a VBAC (vaginal delivery after c-section). The entire staff was great . . . someone was always available and the nurses all had such soothing bedside manners. They were wonderful with me and my baby girl. So based on my own personal experience I feel comfortable recommending McKinney for your delivery.

I will never go to McKinney Hospital ever again for ANY reason. You can read my review of my delivery in the local business reviews section of this website. I delivered out of Baylor Frisco last time and it was so much better than McKinney, I can't even tell you how much. So, I would vote for Centennial.

I had my 2nd c-section at Cenntenial and had a wonderful experience...and the food was good. My OB and Pedi's office are both at Cenntenial which was nice and convenient. Good luck.

I had our twin girls at McKinney by c-section and it went great. They put a pump thing on my incision that periodically released pain meds and it was awesome. I've talked to other people who've had c-sections at other hospitals and they didn't have that. It was removed before we left. The nurses were great with our twins as well.

During my pregnancy, I was at Centennial for a week with early labor and the nurses were really good.
