I had my period last week and it ended Sunday or Monday I'm not sure. I didn't get my next pills until today. When should I start taking them since I missed some days?

Start now. Depending on the brand you use, you should be able to either manually move the dial to start on "Thursday" or it should have stickers that have Thursday as an option for your beginning date. You should also use back up (condoms) for up to a week.
Start them ASAP! And definitely use condoms for a couple of weeks. Most say one week but I would use condoms for 2 weeks to be 100% sure!
If it's a sunday start it will e your next cycle.
Now! But you've missed days so use a backup method this whole month. You could call and ask your OB/GYN if there is any way around that but.... I wouldn't risk it. Every single pill you miss increases your likelihood or pregnancy. Ovulation could happen at any time because you haven't gotten a steady stream of medicine to stop it.
I agree start them now and use back up for 2 weeks! :)
