Hi Felicia -
Did they do any blood work to check your TSH/T3/T4 levels? These are the hormone levels for the Thyroid gland. When the thyroid gland production stops or gets very low (hypothyroidism), one of the primary symptoms is the cessation of the monthly period. If the blood work has not been done, I would highly suggest you have it done as soon as possible. There are a number of other symptoms for hypothyroidism - including cold hands/feet, dry skin, weight gain (even while watching your diet), brain fog, irregular heart beat (when the levels get too far off), feeling run down/fatigue, dry hair/hair falling out, voice changes and puffiness in the face or around your eyes. These are just the most common symptoms.
I hope you find the answers you are looking for.
Blessings,
