They have BINGO markers that are tubes of ink with a sponge tip- there are many colors. I think a mug and gourmet beverages would be nice (Starbuck's has those VIA instant coffee singles that are pretty tasty if she likes coffee), or you could put gourmet tea or hot chocolate. I read an idea at Frugal Family Fun blog to make tea bag tags out of kids' pictures- very cute! Maybe get a lap blanket or scarf or fingerless mittens. Travel sized lotion or hand sanitizers would fill the space, too, and maybe some sort of "good luck charm".

An elephant (trunk up) for good luck, a small bell (for 66), the Ink-a-dot markers, a small thermos so she can bring coffee or teas, a cusion to sit on, pictures of family (grandkids), and a tote bag to carry it all. Perhaps if she is Catholic then perhaps a small statue or prayer card of her favorite saint...

Hi Mama-
I only know what i have seen from movies, lol. I suggest an array of bingo daubers-- they are like fat markers specifically for marking bingo cards. Cards have to be purchased or picked up at each specific game, so that kind of leaves those out of the picture. You could always get her a seat cushion, some caffeinated or hydrating beverages that she really likes, some snack foods like chex mix, popcorn, a candy bar, etc., and a couple dollars for her next set of bingo cards. Use scrapbooking stuff to make a fun tag for the basket that says BINGO TIME or something fun on it. I think she should love it! And that fact that you went for something you know she loves, should make it even more exciting!
Good luck!

If you know where she plays Bingo, you may check to see if they have gift certificates.

Rabbit's foot? "I heart BINGO" sweatshirt? Daubers, snacks, bingo tote bag (for her to carry her bingo supplies to and from the parlour?

I love the suggestions already. Only one thing to add:
If you get her a mug/travel mug for her to drink her coffee/tea in, either make her a special photo mug with her dog's photo or her grandkids or buy one of those travel mugs that you or your kids could design. But also consider how much of a pain in the butt it may be to have to wash certain mugs (some say handwash only). She won't use it if it's too much of a bother.
