We are expecting baby #3(a boy) in two months and still don't have a name picked out. We really want to use Stanley for the middle name but are having trouble figuring out a first name to go with it. Any suggestions??

What can I do next?

How about Paul. Paul Stanley - like in KISS!

Sorry, had to go there.

I like Adam and Alexander! I think anything classic will work. James is nice, too.

CONGRATS!! Are you sure it's a boy?! I know there have been surprises out there!!

Since I don't know the last name or the names of your others - it's kinda hard to answer.

Do you want traditional names or to mix it up - a modern name with a traditional name?

Brian Stanley
Adam Stanley
Alexander Stanley

My two brothers are Jason Stanley and Joseph Stanley (Stanley is a family name.) I think they both sound good! I love the name Stanley and have considered it a first name for our son.

My lovely 15 yr old in named Nicholas hunter. I love nick, nicko or just Nicholas! I've never met a nick I didn't like (he is no exception!) It is somewhat popular but all through elementary school and baseball he was one of maybe two and it's a stong, classic name!
My other faves are-
Kristian
Emile

Just plug in names you like (even if you would never use them), and it starts generating others

Michael? (Well, we have a zillion Michaels in the fam so I'm partial)

But it's not currently 'popular', yet it's a time honored name. A boy named Michael Stanley could be just about anything he chooses to be I think.

I kind of like Colton or Benjamin....
Do you have any leanings such as more old fashioned, a unisex name etc, one that sounds awesome when you bust out all 3 names for deep trouble? Good Luck!

Oh my....naming a baby can be the hardest thing on the planet.
I happen to really like the name Stanley.
There are so many good names to go with it.
I'm sure you'll find just the right one.

Congratulations and best wishes.

Let us know when the baby arrives.

No suggestions, but I like to mix up the number of syllables between the first and middle names. Also, be sure to be aware of the initials. For example, I like the name Benjamin, but that would make his first two initials "B.S." It matters to some people and kids will always find something to tease someone about. Congrats.

It would help to know what the other kids' names are, so that this baby's name flows with them. Stanley is an old fashioned, old guy name, so I'd go with something other and classic to go with it, no modern names like Ryan or Logan or Devin. I'd probably go with something like Peter.
