My grandsons are asking for some particular Pokemon cards (Darkrai level sp x?. and rather than buy another big box of cards which they don't need, I would prefer to go to a store and buy the particular ones they are asking for. I know this exists in some cities, but haven't found it here.

I remember there was a card store on 183 at McNeil, its in the Big Lots shopping center.
I'd hate to send you on a wild goose chase in case its not there anymore, just if you're ever over in that area, check it out.
Check craigslist too.
Hi K. - Not sure about a store but you can get them on Ebay. Just go to www.ebay.com and under search put in exactly what you want!
