I have used ARC (Appliance Repair Co) which I think is on Olive. I wouldn't say they're the cheapest, but they always seem to solve the problem.

For my Kenmore appliances I usually go to the Sears Service center and tell them what's wrong and see if they can help me trouble shoot it, buy the parts & do it myself. But, they'll also come out to repair it I believe.
