I am looking for a used furniture store that buys furniture from inividual owners. I have had not much luck trying to sell a big piece of bedroom furniture through Craigslist and the couple of dealers I have talked to are not able to help me. Does anyone know of a good used furniture dealer/store that buys furniture and would give me a good deal?
There is a consignment shop in Shawnee, just west of Quivera on Shawnee Mission Parkway. It's on the south side of the street in the same strip as Einstein Brothers Bagels only at the opposite end. I can't remember the name right now, but I have shopped there and they have a wonderful selection. You might try them. Good luck!
There is a really nice consignment store that sells new and gently used furniture in Overland Park. I believe it's called Home Gallery and it is on 119th and Metcalf/Blue Valley Parkway. (It's next door to Beauty Brands). I really don't know their policies on buying etc. but maybe they'll at least be able to direct you to someone else if they don't. Good luck!
