I read all the time about solutions for undereye puffiness, but I have dark circles under my eyes (heredity I guess). I have tried several products with no results. Anyone have any reccommendations?
TIA,
Emily

I have not tried this yet but I've read in several magazines as well as from some friends that the best product out there is called Teamine Eye Complex treatment. I've always had dark circles too so I'm going to give this a try. :-)

Emily,

Do you naturally have dark circles, or have you come to have them? Dark circles are a direct effect of not getting enough fluids and/or sleep. I would highly suggest getting an 8 glasses a day jug from Walgreens. Just ask any clerk, they should know what you are asking for. Get hydrated especially in this heat!!!!

I also have found in the last year that Obagi skin care is the best. I have tried everything for my age spots and wrinkles and these products made me picture perfect for my wedding (http://images.kodakgallery.com/photos1971/1/53/59/94/14/2.... My dermetologist started me on this product line. She prescribed Trenolin (a retinoid) as a supplement to the regular product line. Currently, I cannot use the Trenolin since we are trying to conceive, and my skin still looks awesome. One warning about Obagi is that for the first 3 weeks, your top damaged skin layers will slough off. So for 3 weeks, you will have a lot of flaking. After that, you will see the most amazing results! As for purchasing these products and the Trenolin, you can find them online. Just do a search on Google.

Good luck!

Jodi

Sisleya Eye & Lip creme--it's very expensive but it's the best. You can get it at Neimans. Also, use a good under eye concealer to lighten up your eyes. Yves St. Laurent has a really good "pen" that's easy to use. good luck.

Emily, Arbonne's NutriminC RE9 eye cream is so amazing! After my youngest daughter was born, I was getting ZERO sleep and had these huge, dark circles and puffy eyes, it was awful!! I tried the eye cream and it really worked! So awesome! I still use the eye cream daily and have no dark cirles or puffiness, and it helps to get rid of fine lines as well! You can check it out at www.stacybrazington.myarbonne.com. Go to the products page and scroll down to find some info on the RE9 line and see a before and after eye shot. Good luck with whatever you decide to try!

Over-the-counter hydrocortisone creams and ointments can help deflate swelling on all parts of your body...including under your eyes. As for the dark circles, I hear more quality sleep works. Thats all I got. Hope it helps.
