Anybody Tried Turbo Jam Fitness Videos?

Erinn where you from? Some friends and I have started talking about a walking meet up even with the kids.... if interested let me know I'm in Dupage County. I don't use tapes I can't stand the way the women all smile and don't break a swet...totally fake...lol

Last year I started www.fitday.com (free diet Journal) and started walking I lost 45 lbs in 5 months now I am only 10 away from my goal and now smaller than I have been since 10th grade :) Let me know if you are interested

Hi Erinn. I have used Turbo Jam. I LOVED it. I can't say that I lost weight on it because I didn't do it consistantly enough and I got pregnant during the time I was using it. I can say that I it was very motivating and got my energized. I LOVED working out! I did see some major changes in my arms. I will hopefuly be starting the program again very soon.

I can say that Beachbody has wonderful products. Slim-in-6 is very good, but very hard!! I lost over 10 inches while on the program 2 years ago.

If you do get it, let me know. Maybe we could start it the same day and be on-line workout buddies to keep each other motivated!

I love turbo jam, I have a few videos, they are so upbeat and energizing. I also do hip hop abs which is so much fun too, I enjoy work out videos that are fun and these two are great. I have toned up with both turbo jam and recently hip hop abs. I buy mine on ebay, b/c you often can find them cheaper, especially if you only want one. I hope this helps.

Turbo Jam is GREAT!!!! I lost weight and it sculpts your body so you don't get skinny and flabby - you tone up and look healthy. Definitely not for models, seeing they look malnutritioned.
