Hi. I have tendinitis in my hand/wrist. I am a knitter and do lots of handwritting at work that bothers it. I got a steroid shot in it last year and it helped for a bit, but then I had a reaction to the steroid (steroid atrophy at the injection).

I am interested in hearing if anyone has advice about acupuncture for tendinitis pain. I feel like it would be a good option for me.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

I went to my first session today (July 2) and so far, so good. I am in less pain already and feel like with a few more treatments, I will be as good as new.

Hi J.---I've used accupuncture before. It's great. It may not solve your problem, but you'll never know until you try.

I think chiropractic is good also. Dr. Dan Judge at Dynamic Life Chiro is Birmingham is great.

Good luck, D.

Hi J.! I am sorry to hear about your discomfort. It probably makes it hard to hold and carry your little guy!

I have a friend who went thru very similar sounding situation...office work, knitting, gardening and one yr old. She and I worked thru a nutrition plan and her inflammation and pain are gone. Her Dr wanted to do carpal tunnel surgery!

Would you like more information about what worked for her?

warmly,
M.

J.,

Have you thought about alternative options. Like a Rekki treatment. Please email me if you wish more details.

Best of luck. C.

Have you tried a chiropractor? I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ronson Dykstra with Dynamic family Chiropractic in Grandville. He would be honest and tell you if he can treat you for relief! ###-###-####.

Ouch! I honestly don't know about acupuncture, but I do know of another natural solution.

Let me know if you haven't decided what to do yet. I'm a little late on this one!
