I will be having a birthday party in our home for my step-daughter next month. About 20 - 30 boys and girls will be attending. My husband, myself and maybe another adult will be chaperoning. Any advice?

I went to an 18 y.o. party and they had a huge inflatable twister board from Atomic Bounce. They also did a scavenger hunt. It kept the kids busy and happy. http://www.atomicbouncerocks.com
Good luck!

Hi, L.:
Teenagers like to talk. They like to move around.
Have stations that they can mix and mingle.
Good luck. that is so sweet of you.

That is a bunch of kids in your house-good for you! Like the other folks said the kids will want to talk and mingle. It may be good to set up some different activities in different rooms so they can move around the house. Maybe some active games like twister in one room, a Wii or other game system in another, and maybe a movie room. If you have creative kids you could do a tie-die station and do some shirts. Maybe even henna tattoos or you can get one of those airbrush kits too if they are into that. If you have an outdoor space and possibly a fire pit or something like that you could do a smores station. Just a few thoughts. I also have some game ideas if you think the kids would be into that? Hope it helps and good luck!
