What is your 11 month old eating? Solids, purees, "people food"? How much of it? I have been making my own baby food purees, but have been trying to transition to more "people food"

Also, how often/how many ounces does your baby take from a bottle?

Thanks!

What can I do next?

By 11 mo they should be eating just about everything you do - just cut it up small so that they can chew it and not chock. As to amounts - each child is different and from day to day they will want more or less. Sometimes it's amazing how much my kids eat, but on other days it is hard to get them to eat almost everything. They aren't 11 mo old anymore, but they don't really change - some dinners are a fight others aren't.

At that age, my baby who choked on e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g ate Gerber baby food, rice cereal in a bowl w/formula mixed in and several 2 oz of bottles of formula (my breast milk dried up in the very beginning :(.

Then yogurt.

Since he was a choker, I didn't graduate to the smashed bananas till a bit older.

Go by what you "see & feel" your baby is ready for. Don't push it.
Make sure he is getting his nutrients by what he will eat (breastmilk,
your own baby food purees etc).
Listen the your dr about what he you should not feed him.

My youngest just turned one. By 11 months, he was eating table food, very finely chopped. He has just now gotten enough teeth that i feel more comfortable giving him larger pieces of food.

He gets two bottles a day, and we have now weaned him to cows milk from pumped breast milk. Within the next couple months, I plan on getting him off the bottle completely :-)

By 7 months, my 2nd DD was on table food and breastmilk. We fed her toast, yogurt, cheese, bananas, noodles, mac and cheese, rice, etc. She HATED baby food, otherwise, at that age, she would have had more of it. It was a while back, but it seems like she was probably breastfeeding about 3 or 4 times a day.

Mine is 10 and a half months and already on the Gerber graduates for toddlers, and eats off our plates, I mush the meat a little but in the graduates is fairly soft, both my other kids were on the graduates about this age to and he gets breast milk 4 Times a day to equal up to about 18oz in a day, according to info from the doc 16-20oz is all that's required for a 9mo so we r good, I say let your try new foods and see what happens I have a list of stuff that's safe from month to month if you want to message me I can send you the 11-12 month guide lines, best of luck to you
