VBAC Friendly Provider for Drug-free Hospital Birth in Chicago

Hi there, I am looking for a VBAC-friendly provider in Chicago. Preferably midwife or family practitioner. I plan to have a drug free hospital birth with a doula. So far I've seen the West Suburban Midwifes but they cannot do VBAC and I do not really feel comfortable with the other midwives delivering at WS Hospital, I like the midwifes in Evanston but it is one hour from my home as I live on the south side. What Is the Time Limit?

My fiance's soon to be ex-wife has filed a divorce but then didn't tell him when the court date so it did not get finalized. Now she is telling him she is ready for the divorce but HE has to file this time. I was just wondering...since she already filed, can they just set a court date to finalize it? Or does he have to start all over with it? Is there a time limit on a divorce being filed?
