Thoughts on Vitamin Drinks?
I picked up a bottle of Glacial Milk All-in-One liquid vitamins at Sam's Club yesterday. The saleswoman said that vitamins in pill form only have about a 20% absorption and that liquid forms were better. I am leery, however, as I don't know anything about Glacial Milk and wondered if anyone has any experience with it. There are so many ingredients, I couldn't list them all, but are there ingredients (herbs, levels of vitamins, etc.) I should look for that I DON'T want my kids exposed to?
