Baby Carrier Recommendations?

I just found out that I'm expecting my third baby. I'm wanting to get a carrier that I really love, this time. I'm looking for something that is VERY comfortable, I can put on/take off quickly, and is versatile for all sizes of babies. (Although I mostly expect to use it for the new baby, I may also occasionally want to carry my toddler in it.)
