Worried About Weaning at 1 Year
Hello moms. My daughter will be 10 months old next week and I'm planning to wean her at one year. She has been strictly breastfed (she never liked formula!). She started refusing a bottle around 6 months so my husband and I gave up and have been giving her a sippy cup ever since. She doesn't drink much from it and mostly chews on the spout and gets most of her liquids from nursing. I currently breastfeed her about 3-4 times a day and she gets 3 solid meals a day. What is the best way to wean her slowly without cutting her off cold turkey?...
