Pumping at Work - Production Has Stopped!
I am a first time mom returning to work after four months at home with my daughter. I have been pumping on and off while home and have had no volume problems at all. In fact, I have been a milk machine! I started back to work Monday and have seen a serious reduction in the amount I am able to produce at each pumping, by half! I have about 100 oz. frozen but I am so nervous that I am not going to be able to keep up with my daughter at this rate. I know it has only been two days but what am I doing wrong?
