Suggestions on Daughter Who Has Hirschsprungs Disease Now Has Chronic Diarrhea

My 3 y/o daughter has hirschsprungs disease. She had corrective surgery. She now can have bowel movements but it is always diarrhea. It has been 2 years since surgery and still she goes about 6-10 times a day. The diarrhea causes her bottom to severely break out with painful open sores. She has been to so many doctors and tried many creams and medicines to keep her from breaking out and nothing seems to work. Is It an Allergy Rash, Hypersensitivity or What???

Hello ladies: I have a 61/2 mos old boy and I'm very concern. He has developed a terrible rash, on his little butt that at this point I'm not sure what it could be. It looks like he sat on a hot plate and got a serious burn. Is It Eczema?

My 7 month old has been having these dry, rough pinkish places come up like on his arm in the inside crease of his elbow and on his face. I know he suffers from allergies, he is so stuffy more so at night, and since allergies and eczema go hand in hand thats what i think it is. should i take him to his pediatrician or an allergy specialist for diagnosis?? our pcp is so vague she may just say "yeah it Could be" and that be it.
