Low Immune System During Pregnancy

My last pregnancy was absolutely wonderful except for each month at least i would have one or two sinus infections and i will just feel miserable. I never asked the doctor what else other than mild cold medicine can i do for these. Well now i'm on my third and am fighting my first sinus infection and this is exactly how it began in the second pregnancy. Best Books for Pre-teens on Body Changes

Need to find a great book for boys and one for girls on what changes are going to occur over the next few years. I'm fairly open with the kids and have attempted talking, but it seems like they would prefer reading a book at this point in the game. What books are good? Want something that is comprehensive, factual, yet written in a way that interests kids.

Hey guys, I'm so excited!! I found out I am pregnant. But I'm keeping it on the down low from everyone because I miscarried last time and just want to play it safe again this time. Last pregancy I miscarried in the middle of my 10th week. At that point I had already gained 12 lbs. Pilates DVD Recommendations

Got a question for everyone here. I am going to be taking up pilates as recommended by my midwife. TMI reason....after having 2 children, both of which I ended up with episiotimies, everything "down there" is a bit out of whack. If I am caught off guard when I sneeze or cough or I pick up the boys or something heavy or anything like that my bladder does not like it and I can leak some.
