Wondering If My 14 Month Old Child Is Getting the Right Amount of Nutrition.
Hello fellow moms! I have just been wonderig if I'm giving my 14 month old son the right amount of nutrition and how his feedings compare to other children his same age. First of all, he has major food allergies, including milk, so he still gets formula per his doctor. Right now, he gets 3 bottles of formula per day. In addition, he gets ad lib amounts of water whenever he wants. For breakfast he has fruit and wheat free bread. For lunch and dinner, usually chicken, veggies, and/or bread or potatoes. His diet is extrememly limited...
