"Baby" Too Big for Booster?
Moms, talk me down from this! My newly-turned 8 year old is ova the car booster seat. None of her friends have one anymore so I looked up the CA rules on boosters and the rules are that if your child is under 8, they need a booster. But if they are under 8 but over 4'9" they no longer need one. If they are age 8 and over, they don't need to ride in one (in other words, no height requirement). Isn't that weird?
