Poor Constipated Toddler
My little girl has been having rabbits running in her diaper lately and I would say is pretty constipated. I'm pretty sure its my fault - with only four teeth its easier to feed her grilled cheese sandwiches and cheese tortillas. Do you have any ideas on some foods that will help the constipation and still be easy? She would rather feed herself than wait for us to get the spoon to her mouth. I sent turkey and carrots for lunch today. Is there anything to stay away from for awhile. Obviously cheese... Thanks!
