Not Able to Breastfeed Due to Medical Condition
I am due to have my second son in the next few weeks and have been told by my doctors that they do not want me to breastfeed due to a medical condition. I am fine with not breastfeeding as I had a great deal of problems when I tried with my older son. I breastfed him for six weeks and then stopped. It was extremely painful and emotionally hard. What I would love to know is if anyone has any good tips for how to deal with engorgement and discomfort postpartum.
