Need Your Favorite Dvds to Engage My 2 Year Old Toddler on 12 Hour Flites

Dear Mommas, We are taking an international trip this Fall. While I hope our then 2 year old will sleep, realistically he will be awake during a good portion. Thus, I need your help to recommend engaging and educational DVDs to take along. In a limited fashion, we let him watch, and he enjoys, Baby Signing Time, Leap Frog and Baby Einstein, but he is rarely enthralled by any for more than 10-15 minutes (which is maybe a good thing). Any ideas for great DVDs or even age appropriate movies for those long flites? Thanks as usual...
