Doing the HCG Diet -- Need Some Encouragement
Hi Mamas! It's the end of my second day of the HCG diet, 5th day of the HCG, 2nd day of the low cal diet. I am very fatigued and am struggling to make it to the 500 calories. If I could up the protein amount I could hit 500 but I'm struggling because I don't like most of the veggies allowed and I'm having a hard time getting down the volume of veggies you have to eat to get to 250 calories a meal. (I was instructed to only eat one type of veggie per meal.) I was prepared for and expecting to feel very hungry and have terrible headaches. ...
