Medifast---Has Anyone Done This Program???? or Anyone Done WW or Nutrisystem?

Hi Ladies, I am interested in doing Medifast. I am wondering if anyone on here has tried it. I need to lose quite a bit of weight and have had little to no sucess with other programs and the normal eating well and exercising etc. Please tell me your experiences good or bad with this program, how much weight you lost and did you keep it off.
