Love going to visit Dr. Erika at Trillium Health & Wellness in Elburn. She has helped me so much with discomfort during my pregnancies and after as well. She works with me on building muscles/stretching for better posture as well as getting my abs & back into shape. I don't even worry about my kids being with me during visits (she is so kind to them and they enjoy playing with the toys in the office).
