StrollerFit offers three different fitness classes for moms at every stage of motherhood. StrollerFit is a 50 minute circuit based workout moms can do with their babies(ages 0-4yrs) in the stroller. Babies are entertained by the singing of songs, ABCs, 123s and games.
Restore the core is a mat-based Pilates-style class that helps moms lose that low belly sag. A 50 minute class that focuses on tightening and strengthening the midsection, restore the core will help you lose inches off your hips, waist & thighs!
MommymuscleSculpt with Babyweight is a standing strength based workout moms can do with baby in the front carrier. Baby acts as resistance for mom. As mom gets stronger, she can utilize the Mommymuscle Bar to incresase her resistance and gain a strong, sculpted look all over.

Love it!
My little daughter and I have been in Strollerfit for more than a year and it has really become the most important activity we do together; I feel glad to be a healthy role model to her while she also learns that exercise is fun. With Strollerfit we have also found a great group of friends!!
Strollerfit and Restore the Core classes have provided a fun, accessible way to get some fitness into my busy life as a new mother. Abby is an encouraging, energetic, down-to-earth instructor that always keeps the kids in mind. I am definitely feeling stronger and healthier after only a couple months of attending each class once a week.
I started Restore the Core and Strollerfit at 6 weeks postpartum. I can now almost fit back into my pre-pregnancy clothes and feel great! My abs and back are getting much stronger and it's a great opportunity to meet other new and experienced moms.
