WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They charged my credit card for services that were never performed and have given me the run-around on getting my money back. I would not want a dishonest person who is willing to steal money from someone in my house, would you? I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for cleaning services.

Melissa (owner) does a great job with customer service. That is very important in today's industry. She will always return your calls and make sure the job is done to your satisfaction.

Shine Cleaning was recommended to me right here on Mamasource and I couldn't have been more pleased! We had them clean our home after we moved out and before the new owners moved in. As a busy homeschool mom to 3 young children, I was thrilled to FINALLY find someone our family could depend on to not just "clean our house", but thoroughly "detail our home" with a sense of pride and care. Melissa and her reliabale staff have consistently impressed us from Day One, and continue to exceed our VERY HIGH expectations. Finding quality household assistance that will tailor their cleaning to meet a familiy's individual needs, be polite, courteous, and trustworthy, and still do an exceptionally good cleaning job each time they visit is almost an impossible challenge. However, Melissa and her diligent staff have consistently accomplished all of these priorities. Also, bringing their own supplies, equipment, and people each time they come, ensures consistency and prevents me from having to "prepare"/shop for supplies before their visits. When asked, Melissa has even shared a number of very helpful cleaning "tips and tricks" and introduced me to some excellent cleaning products that have helped me maintain our home between her visits. I highly recommend you email or give Melissa a call if you are looking for that one time "overhaul" or you are in need of help on a routine basis. After 7 relocations in 11 years, we've tried lots of different folks, and by far, Melissa and her team at Shine Clean far surpass all the other teams and individuals we have relied on.

Melissa and her team came to my house this past weekend. I found her on Mamasource and I was very particular and worried about getting someone in my house because I really wanted a DETAILED cleaning job - from top to bottom - since my husband is very picky. I called one other Mamasource recommendation, but they didn't call me back. Melissa emailed me back immediately, and she was in contact with me quite often to make sure she knew what I wanted. Shine Cleaning did a FABULOUS job - my house has never been cleaner since the day we moved in. They did everything I asked them to, and more. Plus, everyone was so nice!! I really can't say enough good things about how perfect my house looks. I know I will be using her again, and referring her to my friends and coworkers.

Melissa did a VERY thorough job on my house and even followed up with me afterwards to be sure that I was satisfied. It's nice to have a housekeeper that will communicate via email and confirms appointments and times with you to be sure everyone is on the same page. I have already booked my next cleaning and am desperate for her to come back soon. :)

5 stars for sure. Melissa was a pleasure to work with. They cleaned my mothers apartment yesterday and when I visited her today the apartment even smelled clean. Not a chemical smell but just CLEAN. And I even did the white glove test and not a spot of dust!

FIVE STARS!!! I found SHINE here on mamasource- and Melissa came to Carrollton and cleaned the heck-fire out of my TRASHED house. AND she gave me some great tips. Like having your favorite sister come clean your house- what a gem. She's worth every penny as she is insured out the wazoo to boot. Just perfect.

This was the best money I have ever spent! Both my husband and I had never seen our house look so amazing - even when we moved in. I am currently in the hospital on bedrest for my pregnancy, and Melissa has been a lifesaver for my husband and myself.
