Prior to starting Preparo Consulting, I was an Account Manager and Recruiter for a highly regarded, national Technology Staffing and Services company. I reviewed and prepared hundreds of resumes, interviewed candidates at all experience levels, and most importantly, successfully placed candidates by coaching them on how to sell themselves and land the job. I know what the interviewer is really looking for and will consult with you on how to stand out among the sea of applicants in this challenging job market. I will share secrets to a great interview and make you feel more confident during the interview process. Additionally, I provide valuable tips to make any resume stronger and will put together a plan to make the next interview a successful one!
