Jackie was very sweet and fun, but extremely unprofessional. She showed up to my daughter's wedding late because she got lost and then didn't give us our pictures when she said she would. We also paid to get our albums from her but after a year and a half ended up finally asking for our money back because she never communicated to us when she planned on having them finished. She only gave us excuse after excuse why she didn't even have the previews ready for us yet. Sweet girl, and very talented, but if you're looking for someone professional and timely this isn't your girl.

My family has used Jacqueline Reitz Photography twice, and have been extremely pleased. The first time was for my newborn pictures of my son. They were stunning photos. Most recently, we did a mini-session with her in Deep Ellum for both of my children. Again, fantastic. She is extremely talented and very professional.

Jackie is a fantastic photographer whose work speaks for itself. She works well with any age group and makes you feel super comfortable. Her fun personality and bright photos are worth investing in!

My husband, kids, and I had a storytelling session with Jackie recently, and it was so much fun! Her work is undeniably gorgeous, and I just love her fresh and modern style. She captured so many moments: sweet, silly, curious, and happy, to name a few!

I'm an aspiring photographer myself, so my expectations are high and I'm choosy about where I’ll go for photos. JRP totally hits the spot! Definitely recommend!
