For 20 years, Cultural Care Au Pair's childcare and cultural exchange program has offered families flexible, live-in childcare with a unique international perspective. For only $320/week (per family, not per child), your au pair provides 45 hours of childcare and lives with you as a member of your family. Your children benefit from a one-to-one committed and caring companion and you can customize your childcare coverage according to your own schedule.

I am the Local Childcare Coordinator (LCC) for Cultural Care Au Pair in Dayton, OH. My husband and I had Au Pairs for 3 years when our son was 3 months old. It was such a great experience that I want to share this service with all families. Great relationships, memories and cultural exchange take place in your home. I currently serve as a local support to host families and au pairs, and help to foster that bond
