I started training with Karyn in June 08 and I am so happy I did. She is such a wonderful trainer! She is so motivating and I can tell that she really cares about my progress. Choosing Karyn to be my trainer is one of the best decisions I have made!!

Karen is more than a trainer, she is a friend that enourages you and wants you to reach your goals! She is your cheerleader and will cheer for you the whole way and you can't go wrong with that kind of encouragement.

Karyn is an amazing trainer! I was intimidated by the term "Boot Camp", but I decided to meet with her to discuss it. I was SO out of shape, I didn't think I could do it. But after meeting with Karyn, I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I joined! I see tremendous changes in myself physically, and I feel so much better. I've come a long way, and I couldn't have done it without Karyn!
