We have used Cleaning Maid Simple for about a year now. I had never used a housekeeping service before Lara and Hector. I was concerned about spending the money, especially after hearing the stories of disappointment from friends. I often heard about how the job was only done "so so" or the homeowner would clean behind the housekeeper. But after my initial consultation with Lara I decided to go for it. I could not have made a better choice. Thanks to Lara and Hector my first housekeeping experience has been excellent. When they are finished with my home there is nothing that needs to be touched up or gone over. The job is done to perfection and very quickly. Lara is always open to my requests as well. For example, if I want the bed sheets changed one week all I have to do is ask. The service is completely adaptable to my needs.

I can always count on them for dependability as well. On the rare occasion that they are not able to make it on our scheduled day they have been in communication with me well in advance about rescheduling. I am never left wondering if they will show up on time (or at all), as some of my friends have complained about with others. All the negative things I had heard about cleaning services from others are simply not an issue with Lara and Hector. They are wonderful people that do wonderful work. I am a very particular person when it comes to things like punctuality, neatness and cleanliness. Laura and Hector have never disappointed me in any one of those areas. They arrive on time and literally whiz through my house. How they can accomplish so much so quickly, I'll never know! When they leave, my house is not just spotless. It is antiseptic. I love it! Almost a year ago we were fortunate to find Laura and Hector (Cleaning Maid Simple). They have been a God-send to my husband, myself, and our family. My husband has Parkinson's disease and that leaves me to do everything around the house. Laura and Hector have been so nuch help. Due to my husbands illness we have quite alot of out-of-town guests which requires extra work. They are always willing to adjust to my needs. I am continually receiving compliments on how nice my home looks and feel they do an extraordinary job. They are good and honest people with an outstanding work ethic. Hector and Laura are not only our house cleaners, but I feel they are a part of our family!

On top of everything that they do, Hector also does our yard. In September our Homeowners Association at Crawford Farms (Keller) awarded us with "Yard of the Month"!
