Oreo balls!!!

Crush up a package of Oreos, add a block of cream cheese, and roll them up into little balls. You should have 49, 50. Roll them in some powdered sugar.

Simple and FUN!

Ice Cream Cake ~

1 Pkg of Oreo Cookies (cruched with cream in a bag)
1 jar hot fudge
1 or 2 flavors ice cream in a box (you could use mint chocolate chip)
1 container whip cream

Take 9x13 cake pan and spread 1/2 the crushed Oreo cookies in the bottom as a crust. Warm up jar of hot fudge, and drizzle half over the cookies. Cut the first ice cream flavor into 3/4" (approximately) wide slices and layer over the fudge and cookies until you have a layer of ice cream over the pan. Then layer the rest of the Oreo cookies over the ice cream. Drizzle the rest of the fudge again. Layer the next flavor of ice cream (also cut in approzimately 3/4" slices. Frost with whip cream and put in freezer to firm up for a few hours. Before serving ~ decorate with anything you would like...candies, sprinkles, frosting.

Tastes just like Dairy Queen Ice Cream cake, and you can use any type of ice cream you would like. Only takes about 10 minutes.

I make this thing with Jello and vanilla Ice cream that is so easy and everyone loves it. I call it "pink stuff". I use 2 little things of Strawberry jello, and mix it with 2 to 2 1/2 cups of boiling water. While the water is still hot, I put in a scoop of ice cream, wisk until melted, then add another scoop, and mix until melted, repeat until all is melted, then refridgerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight. It is yummy and easy and light. And you can use whatever flavor of jello you like. Although grape does not turn purple, it turns grey.

ETA: I use one brick or box or whatever of ice cream and try to use as much of it as possible.

i got this recipe from tha aldi's flyer:

7 layer holiday bar

1/2 cup butter
put it in an 9x13 in pan, and melt it at 350*. after it melts, slosh it around gently to cover the bottom and sides. then add the following or order:

1 1/2 cup crush graham cracker crumbs. (mix the butter into it and push down for the crust)
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup chopped walnuts

then drizzle 1 can of sweetened condensed milk over it evenly

then top with 1 cup shredded/sweetened coconut.

bake for about 20 min or until the edges turn brown.

It's delicious! Im sure you can substitute the butterscotch for mint chips...

do one for those who are lactose intolerant or just plain ol don't like milky dessert. I for one don't like pudding. Cheesecake is yummy, but some don't like cherry. So I'd stick with a classic cookie or brownie if it were me.

We also made Oreo balls and they were a huge hit, easy and every loved them. Except we dipped ours in chocolate almond bark in stead of powder sugar

Christmas I usually make black forest cake or jello cake with green and red jello-and they are so easy.

Black forest-one box of devil choc. cake, prepare cake. After cake is completely cooled, poke holes through it with a fork or knife and poor 1 can of cherry pie filling on top. Frost with Whip cream frosting: Mix 1 large box of vanilla flavored pudding with milk, let it get a little thick. Use 1/2 pt Whip cream and fold into pudding. Spread on to cake a sprinkle with chocolate shavings.

An option that might appeal to any folks who'd like a little something sweet, but are feeling pudgy after all the holiday goodies already:

Mixed berry compote (frozen blueberries, cherries, and strawberries or any other combo with a light dusting of sugar on top to soak in to the natural juices that come out from defrosting) with a simple pound cake or angel food cake.
