My Father-in-law is this kind of lawyer. I don't know what his fees are since we get the "family plan" aka free.
His phone number is ###-###-#### and his email is ____@____.com.

I don't have a recommendation for a will, but I have heard Living Trusts are the way to go nowadays. There is alot of information regarding Living Trusts on the internet. Good Luck.

First of all, congratulations on making the effort to write a will. Second, if you have access to PrePaid Legal Services, or anything like that through an employer, you might want to pay for that first, and then use one of their lawyers. That's what we did, and the legal advice was fine and not bank-breaking.

If if is a fairly straight forward one you can actually get one on line and print it off and yes it will be legal.
one source is www.Legalwriter.com also you can google and type in wills and it will bring up several choices my daughter did this lately because she now has a baby and wanted one in case anything happened. not sure if it needs to be notarized but you can check on that

Lawyer David J. Casey can. Just be sure you keep EVERY email and/or copy of documents that you have with his (or any other lawyer's) office. Trust me on this. You do not want anything to get messed up when you file a will.

Hey,
I live in Woodstock area. And I highly recommend checking either with your employer or your husbands to see if they offer pre-paid legal. This is a great service and you can do wills and medical directives etc...you don't have to pay extra-these services are included with the monthly fee. Making my will was fast and easy thru pre-paid legal.
