White Spots on My Daughter's Face

I have a thirteen year old and she spends a lot of time under the sun doing sports. I probably spend a bottle of sunscreen a week with her to protect her skin as much as I can, but she got this white round spots on her lower part of her cheeks that I don't see to get rid of with anything. I tried the liquid of the inside of vitamin E capsules and even though they don't seem flaky anymore they are still there.
Any advise?

So What Happened?

Thank you so much! I can't believe it! A mom from her school (Dermatologist) just offered me her $85 consultation service fee...
I think that for now I'll go for Selsun Blue first.....
Thank you all!

My daughter every now and then gets white spots that had a bit of a rough texture to them (not sure if your dtr's has the same texture) on her face as well. My mom who was a nurse told me to put a bit of Selson Blue (the dandruff shampoo) on it. As crazy as it sounds, it worked. I would put a small dab on it before she went to bed and by the morning it looked better. No longer white nor rough. Like I said your dtr's may not be the same but it may be worth a try. I keep a bottle of it in the bathroom for such occasions. I have had to use it a couple of times. Good luck.

are you thinking that they are sunspots? if they are selsom blue works. the sulfur in it makes it disappear. or go to the dermatologist and they could give her something. i have white spots on my back and arms. i had it in middle school up my neck and other places. the dr. gave me straight sulfur. be careful though if you go that route because it actually burned my skin and i got scabs. than i switched to selsom blue and it worked fine, too.

could be a type of excema or yeast rash. my daughter had something like this on her cheak which kept that area from tanning with the rest of her face. once the cream she got killed it or healed the area it took another year to blend back in with the rest of the area.

I agree with everyone below about the sunspots. I had no idea about the Selson blue. Great to know!
