Try Ross, Marshall's, or TJ Max. They sometimes have packs of 4-6 but better quality. The individuals are also about $2-3 but again, better quality.
I need to replace my old tattered and torn wash clothes.. I looked at target and wash clothes are 2-4 each.. I was thinking of buying 12- 18 of them...
They also sell the packs of super thin cheapo wash clothes that fall apart int he washer..
Where can I get decent quality clothes for a low price..

Lisa, I'm not trying to pick, but the word you are wanting is 'wash cloths'... I was confused at first. (I'm pretty literal and thought you were looking for clothes to do your washing up in...) Please know I'm not meaning to criticize, just to eliminate confusion.
I actually found some big bags of irregulars at the Goodwill. You might also ask around and see if your Costco sells them.
There are several places I have bought wash cloths.
Costco will have a great bulk pack of white ones that are nice and are a good price for what you get.
I really like the ones I buy at Ikea too. You can get some great colors.
Clearance is a good place to look as well at your favorite stores. The fun thing about clearance is you can have some fun with some colors that compliment your current colors, you don't have to be an exact match.
Clearance bins.
Macys, Target, Marshall's, TJMaxx.
You get what you pay for.

Target sells 6 or 12 in pack. They are great. Usually about $6.00.
Wait a few weeks. There are always great Black Friday sales for stuff like this.
Department stores around here have bundles all the time. I bought some at Fred Meyer. I've seen them at Kohl's, Ross, and other stores. They are so pretty I have difficulty not buying them.
I was also going to say Target. I got a 5 or 6 pack for DD a few years ago on sale there and they have held up really well.
If you have an IKEA nearby, you can look there, too. I bought a multipack for DD when she was a baby, though those were not as soft as the Target ones. They may have more options now: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/categories/departments/...
