Well, Walmart definitely has good prices on school supplies. For example, I think I paid 22 cents for a bottle of glue!
I also bought some of my twins' supplies at Dollar Tree.
Where do you find the best deals on school supplies? Walmart? Office Depot? Our school offers to assemble the stuff for the kids, but it's incredibly expensive, so I didn't do it this year (3 kids at the school).

Try Big Lots or Family Dollar stores. I hope there's one in your area. They both carry brand names like Crayola and usually are $2-3 less than other stores.
well definitely watch the sunday ads - i have been getting the kids supplies very cheap w/great deals! Staples and Walgreens have good sales as well as Officemax - Walmart is cheapest for everyday low price if things are not on sale...
last week Staples had folders for free! limit 10 - i know those normally are 10 cents so big woop but it adds up! so i kept going back and i have 40 folders for free!!! (stocked up! lol) also walgreens had a super sale that same week - and i got 10 pk pens for 9 cents, dry erase markers, highlighters for 9 cents - everything i bought "pre-coupon (from the ad) was $22 - i walked out paying only $6.00!!! total!!!
so just check the ads - you will find something cheaper somewhere!
Office Max has been advertising school supplies for $0.01 so you might want to check there.
I agree, Staples has some awesome sales - nine, ten, twenty cents... I have no idea what their normal prices are, but if you go during a sale it is like hitting the school supply jackpot.
Also, Target has some pretty good sales, too, but not as good as Staples.
