What Was That That Came Out of Me??

Hi! I'm 10 weeks pregnant and have had some minor complications and scares throughout this pregnancy. So maybe I'm a little less confident in my body now. But anyway, this is embarassing to ask but I'm gonna ask anyway :)

yesterday I was up walking around and felt a gush of sorts. Scared, I ran to the bathroom because I had just recently broken a blood vessel and was told it could happen again. This time it wasn't blood. It was yellowish. What could that have possibly been?? It stopped and I haven't had more since. Just curious and slightly confused. Thoughts?

What can I do next?

Pregnancy? Yay!
No more periods! Yay!
However, lots of other stuff can still come out.
It might be completely normal, but I would run it by your OB/GYN just to be sure.
Continue to care for yourself and stay in contact with your doctor.
It could have been just not having control of your urine.
Get expert advice about it though so that you can feel better about it and ensure a healthy pregnancy,

I wish you the very best!

It's totally normal! We always have a mucus-like discharge, but when you are pregnant you have more estrogen and blood flow to your vagina. So, you just have A LOT more of the discharge. It's completely normal as long as it's pretty much odorless. No worries. :) Here's a link for some info:

Well, hard to say. Are we talking about a half teaspoon here or more? Did it resemble discharge except this time a little yellow?

I looked up mucus plug and heres a link-- you should see your OB.

Because you are pregnant and lots of hormones are going crazy right now it just might have been heavy discharge. I think I remember having that while I was pregnant.

As your hormones change during your pregnancy it can cause a lot of different things to change along with them. My guess is that this is just a typical discharge, I can remember something similar to this when I was pregnant.
Just to ease your mind, mention it at your next OB/GYN visit, I am sure your Doctor can clear it up for you quickly!!
Congratulations on your upcoming new arrival!!
